Terms and Conditions of Membership

Membership entitles you to:

1. Attend all club sessions
2. Book a court at any other time that the courts are open, depending on court availability, to play with other members for free or non-members on payment of a discounted visitor rate of £4 per hour
   1. Members must book a court via ClubSpark online booking system
   2. If playing with a non-member you must select the ‘Guest’ option and pay the visitor fee
3. Use the floodlights upon payment of £1 per 30 minutes per court
4. Enter any club tournaments
5. Attend any organized club social events
6. Access to the clubhouse for use of the facilities

All members agree to:

1. Abide by the club Code of Conduct displayed in the clubhouse and on our website
2. Read our policies available on our website
3. Read the ‘General Information’ on our website – which details aspects of our club

Refunds

There are no refunds of membership fees unless the club is closed for play for one month or more by exceptional circumstances beyond the committee’s control.
